Being aware of the daily challenges faced by celiac people, we decided to certify our products as “Gluten-Free”. For that reason, we requested to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food of Córdoba the certification of our plants as “Food Manufacturers of Gluten Free Products”, and then we registered our products under de brands NOAL and NOALSA as “Gluten Free” at the National Registry of Food Products. We have already certified the following products:
