Since its inception, NOAL has had the Vision of manufacturing products that stand out for their QUALITY.
QUALITY is understood as the set of qualities that meet the consumer’s expectations, both explicit and implicit.

And it is to implement this Vision that NOAL’s Management has defined the following
QUALITY, SAFETY, AND SECURITY POLICY:

  • TO MANUFACTURE DAIRY PRODUCTS RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR QUALITY, taking into account the needs and expectations of customers and consumers while seeking optimization of resources and production costs.
  • TO WORK WITHIN A WORLDWIDE RECOGNIZED FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, which serves as a practical and daily tool that provides consumers with total trust in the brand.
  • TO MANAGE THE ORGANIZATION BY PROCESSES, striving for their continuous improvement and making decisions based on reliable data.
  • TO TECHNOLOGIZE THE PRODUCTION LINES, increasing standardization, efficiency, and optimization of processes.
  • TO HAVE A SYSTEM FOR MEASURING PROCESSES through indicators that demonstrate continuous improvement.
  • TO PROMOTE THE CONTINUOUS TRAINING OF HUMAN RESOURCES, ensuring they can adapt to changes and are aware of their role as food handlers.
  • TO BUILD TRUST-BASED AND LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS, CUSTOMERS, AND STAKEHOLDERS.
  • TO CREATE A SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT, complying with occupational safety and health regulations and recommendations.
  • TO CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, properly disposing of waste.
  • TO PROMOTE TEAMWORK, where each member participates with a responsible attitude and is committed to improvement in every process.
  • TO COMPLY WITH SPECIFIC PRINCIPLES AND STANDARDS FOR HALAL PRODUCTION and maintain the establishment certified according to these requirements.

An important aspect of food quality is FOOD SAFETY, which is the guarantee that the food will not cause harm to the consumer’s health.
At NOAL, we are well aware of this, and that is why for over 10 years we have implemented a HACCP Program (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) in all of our manufacturing lines, which requires evaluating factors that may affect safety and taking preventive measures.

Our Quality Management includes, in addition to procedures for meeting each of the technical-regulatory requirements that govern our activity, the evaluation and, if necessary, compliance with all special customer requirements, both from the local market and abroad.

For those of us at NOAL, “good quality” means “full customer satisfaction.”
